Be a part of history!
Suggest the theme for the 49th Quadrennial Session of the General Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Church to be held June 27-July 4, 2012, in Nashville, Tennessee, Bishop Vashti Murphy McKenzie, Host Bishop.

Examples of previous themes are:

1996	“Refocusing Our Heritage, Reassessing the Present, Reenvisioning the Future”
2000	“Awakened to Serve Christ, Church and Community”
2004	“A 21st Century Church, Serving The Never Changing Christ”
2008	"Equipping the Saints, Empowering the People, Transforming The World”

Submit your entry by mail to the Office of the General Secretary/CIO at 500 8th Avenue, South, Nashville, TN, 37203, or by e-mail to cio@ame-church.com, or by FAX to 615-254-0912. Entries must be received by May 15, 2010.

Selection of the winning entry will be made by the Executive Committee of the General Conference Commission, Bishop Gregory G. M. Ingram, Chairperson, and announced at the General Board Meeting in Birmingham, Alabama, on June 29, 2010. In addition to a place in history, the winner will receive a cash award of $300!
