| Saving the file to your computer. (Windows users) | |
| 1. Click on the "2008 General Conference Proposed Legislation.zip" filename. | |
2. Choose "Save". |

3. A Save As dialog box will appear. Choose the folder on your computer where you would like to save this file. The dialog box will close once the Save action is complete. |

| Unzipping the files. | |
| 4. Locate the folder where you saved the file. |  |
| 5. Right-click on the filename, and choose "Extract All..." |  |
| 6. The Extraction Wizard will open. Click "Next" to continue. |  |
7. The Extraction Wizard will save the extracted files to the same location as the zip file, unless you desire an alternate location. If you desire an alternate location, click the "Browse" button and choose the location. When ready, click "Next" to continue. |

| 8. Click "Finish" to continue. |  |
| The proposed legislation files should now be available to you. |  |
