The African Methodist Episcopal Church Service and Development Agency, Inc. (AME-SADA) cordially invites you to the dedicaiton of THE BISHOP SARAH FRANCIS DAVIS Connectional Women’s Missionary Society OUTPATIENT DELICE HEALTH CENTER.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
US – $299.00 / PERSON (October 29-31)
This fee includes your hotel room (double occupancy), all meals, snacks and drinks, airport transfers.
All payments MUST be received by AME-SADA no later than October 1, 2017.

If coming by air, you must be at the Port-au-Prince Airport no later than 4:00pm, October 29, 2017.

1. The road to Delice is in poor condition and you will be riding in a 4-wheel-drive automobile FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS up a mountain and two hours back from the health center. If you have back, neck, hip or other major orthopedic problems, it is imperative that you consult with your physician prior to undertaking this trip.
2. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
