Church Web Site Application

If your AME church is in need of a simple website and hosting, one can be provided at no cost. Fill out the form below and a member of the CIO’s office will be in touch to coordinate building a static web site for your church.

  • Basic Church Information

  • One or more paragraphs describing the church, its history, and mission in the community
  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, gif, Max. file size: 50 MB.
    A photo of the church. Submit the highest resolution photograph possible, with the church building itself taking up 50-60% of the image so that it can be cropped and reframed for the website.
  • Provide a description of worship service times: Sundays: Early Service 8:00am - 9:00am Late Service 11:00am - 12:00pm
  • A short biography of the church's pastor
  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, gif, Max. file size: 50 MB.
    Submit a photo of the pastor for display alongside their photograph. We suggest submitting the highest resolution headshot possible so that the photo may be cropped for proper display.

  • Church Location and Contact Information

  • A phone number that can be made available to the general public.
  • An e-mail address that can be made available to the general public.

  • Church Social Media Information

  • The URL to the church Twitter profile
  • The URL to the church Instagram profile

  • Your Information

  • Name of the person applying for the website.
