Draft General Conference legislation submissions from CONVO Committee members begins October 23, 2023 and must be sent to Dr. Jeffery Cooper, General Secretary/CIO, by November 30, 2023.

PROPOSED LEGISATION FOR THE GENERAL CONFERENCE MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE OFFICIAL AME WEBSITE AT THE PORTAL FOR GENERAL CONFERENCE LEGISLATION.
The CONVO Committee has also chosen five areas to be addressed during the CONVO XI meeting:
1. Oversight and Accountability
2. Organizational Structure
3. Church Development, Expansion, and Social Action
4. Worship and Sacraments
5. Ministry and Order
The constituency of the African Methodist Episcopal Church is encouraged to submit legislation regarding the areas listed above.
