Anthony Weekly is chief Community Reinvestment Act officer. In this role, he’s responsible for collaborating with community development partners and regulators to help meet the credit needs of low- to moderate-income (LMI) individuals and communities in Truist markets. He also leads financial wellness initiatives for LMI communities and capacity building for charitable and nonprofit organizations, such as community development institutions.

Gayle Cabrera is Director of Small Business Direct for Truist Financial Corporation. She oversees the team of Small Business Virtual Bankers for the entire Truist footprint. These teammates help advise and consult with Small Business owners each day to help achieve goals and overcome challenges to help their company succeed.

Head of Retail Originations

Erica Acie is Head of Retail Originations for Truist Financial Corporation. Originations is responsible for serving internal referrals and sourcing clients in need of Mortgage solutions, as well as originating high quality loans that meet the financial needs of Truist clients. The team strives to provide superior service to clients, partners, and teammates which include in-market Retail Loan Originators distributed across the bank’s footprint. The unit is also responsible for the Truist Homeownership Equity Program, that is aligned with Truist’s purpose to inspire and build better lives and communities.

Yolande Matthew currently serves as the Financial Inclusion Executive for Truist. In her role, she focuses on the bank’s Financial Inclusion priorities to help clients and prospects build financial confidence, regardless of where they are in their financial journey. As part of her role, she is responsible for leading initiatives and partnerships for Truist including Operation HOPE, and an in-market team across Truist footprint dedicated to delivering care through community outreach, providing solutions and financial education expertise to enable client success.

Eduardo Estrada

Director of Segment Integration and Execution Truist Multicultural Banking

Eduardo brings 29 years of impactful financial services experience across multiple lines of business including investments, retail banking and broad leadership roles. Eduardo heads up the Truist Multicultural Banking Team, where their mission is to  create a more distinctive client experience for our multicultural communities. He is a native of Nicaragua and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida International University.

Gretchet brings 14 years of financial services and leadership experience including multiple levels of retail banking roles.  Gretchet currently serves the Central Florida
Region thru Truists Financial Inclusion  initiative, focusing on extending access to solutions and resources for the community to achieve financial confidence. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico.
