Reservations:

Reservations will be made by a rooming list. General Board and At-Large Members contact Anita Rankin via email at ayrankin@amecnational.org by February 28, 2013 to make your reservation. Please include your dates of arrival/departure and preferred room type.

All remaining rooms will be released for general reservations on March 1, 2013. After the rooms are released for general reservations access to the Pegasus Hotel cannot be guaranteed.
